Happy Birthday Ambree and Brylon

My sweet nephew and niece turned one year old on September 1st 2011. As a belated birthday present I took them plus my brother and their mommy to do a photo shoot at FotoFly.  A cute photography studio in Draper. I highly recommend them for anyone that might be wanting family pictures done.  The twins were slightly less than cooperative but they still managed to get a ton of cute pictures of them.  I have been in love with making collages. So here are my top pictures that were taken of the twins.

It is amazing how quick the time has flown by since the twins were born...it honestly doesn't seem like its been 13 months since they were born.  Its already clear how different their little personalities are.

Ambree Marie Booth

     Ambree is the calm one. She shoots the breeze and is content with anyone and anything. Ambree is fine with letting her brother Brylon take all the attention and because she is so mild mannered she does get plenty herself.  Carisa's family has remarked that they see similarities between Ambree and myself.  I think that is the sweetest comment. I think she is absolutely adorable and hope that someday I can have a little girl that is just like her.  However she has her moments where she likes to get especially loud and makes the most adorable squealing sounds.  I had no idea that a little girl could be that loud. Regardless of her cute little squeals I adore  her.  I had no idea that I could love someone so much until her and Brylon were born.

Brylon Michael Booth

Brylon is the attention seeker and he has so much personality.  He was known as the fussier of the two for sure and it was for that reason that whenever I would be watching the two that I would always grab Brylon. Others figured it was because he is my favorite but I will tell you right now that I love them both the same.  He is a daddy's boy through and through.  I love how much he loves Curtis.  I also love seeing the similarities between the two. When Brylon was only a few months old he was my sweet little cuddle buddy. He would always put his head on my left shoulder.  I'm so excited to see how they change and grow but I'm a little sad that he has grown out of that cuddle bug phase.  On the flip side this little boy can throw a fit like none other and even though I know he is extremely upset I can't help but laugh.  For what he thinks is the end of the world really isn't.

I've always heard that its amazing the love you have for a child when they are your own. I don't have my own so I've never completely understood. I've always loved kids but have usually been pretty happy to send them back to their mom and dad. That was until Ambree and Brylon came along. When I am lucky enough to be blessed with my own children I only hope that I will love them as much as I do these two.  For them I would do anything for.
